Upper arm contouring

Aesthetic correction and liposuction of the upper arms - Brachioplasty

This procedure is a good option for you, if you wish to reduce the diameter of the upper arm, remove the hanging excess skin, and subcutaneous fat tissue.

The surgical procedure can include the approach from the axilla, along the inner side of the upper arm, or both if needed. The excess skin and fatty tissue is removed from the treated regions. Drains are usually not necessary. In some cases, the reduction of the diameter of the upper arm can be achieved by liposuction only, or combining both techniques. It is recommended to wear an arm garment for 2 weeks after the surgery.

The procedure is performed in one and a half hours, under general anesthesia.

The stitches are removed 10 to 14 days after the surgery.
